T3 Code: Moving Way Too Fast with AI Agents

T3 Code: Moving Way Too Fast with AI Agents

Hey guys, what’s up?

Just wanted to drop a quick blog post about something pretty cool I’ve been playing around with lately: T3 Code.

It’s basically an agent control plane built by Theo, who also runs a YouTube channel where he talks about AI news and whatever else is happening in the AI space. I’ve been watching his stuff every now and then, and it’s been a pretty interesting way to keep up with what’s going on.

But T3 Code is what really caught my attention.

I started using it over the last couple of days, both personally and at work, and it’s been pretty damn cool. The threading and worktree functionality makes it ridiculously easy to have multiple agents working on different changes in the same repo at the same time.

Like... maybe too easy.

On Thursday, I ended up making 16 pull requests before lunch at work. Sixteen.

It’s been pretty hilarious watching my team try to keep up with all the fixes, changes, and little tweaks I’ve been throwing at them. I’ve basically gone from “I need to make this change” to “welp, here’s another PR” at an alarming rate.

The really interesting part is combining this with the other tools we already use. With Terraform and Puppet, I can have an agent make infrastructure changes, another one work on configuration, and then rapidly push everything through the pipeline.

The technology is getting to the point where the bottleneck isn't necessarily writing the code anymore. It’s figuring out how the humans and the existing processes keep up with it.

And honestly, that’s probably going to be the biggest challenge for me.

Getting my team on board with this stuff has been interesting. There’s still a lot of “the old way” of doing things, and I completely understand why. Changing how you work is hard, especially when the old way already works.

But when you start seeing how quickly you can iterate with these tools, it gets pretty hard to ignore.

Anyway, just wanted to make a quick post about T3 Code and what I’ve been messing around with lately.

I’ll probably have more to say about it once I’ve used it for a while longer.

Later days!
